More than likely yes. It gets better if you have an on site gym or gym membership that encourages employee participation and the employer pays in full for. My employer saw a 35 percent reduction in her invoice when she did this. Another option, get a group plan with a high deductible which offers low low premiums with good coverage after the deductible it met. Purchase and "gap" policy and this will cover everything up to the deductible aside from a normal copay/deductible amt. Hope this helps Dianna
