5 topics under health and safety education for preschool?

hi there! i’m an education student and just wanna ask for 5 topics under health education & 5 for safety education for preschoolers & just a brief explanation for each. thanks! it would be a great help.

Stranger Safety
(don’t talk to people you don’t know, how to get away form someone who grabs you hit yell scream I don’t know you-you’re not my mother, etc., secret password if someone other than your parents need to pick you up)
Fire Safety
(Stop Drop and Roll-get outside, don’t hide under the bed)
Water Safety
(never go into a pool, pond, etc by yourself)
Healthy Food Choices
(Teach the food groups and what we should eat the most of and the least of)
Self Care
(washing hands-brushing teeth)

    Don’t talk to strangers
    Stay close to your mom and dad
    Always say the magic words: Please and thank you
    Always ask your parents before you eat something funny looking
    Hands to yourself, accept for hugs.
