Can someone help me with a health and wellness fair?

I need a list of organizations, businesses and vendors in the Houston area to perform health and wellness screenings such as diabetes, cholesterol, body fat, strength, optical, hearing, etc for a health fair on Sept 20, 2006.
check with the hospitals and the exercise clubs i.e. Curves etc, they are often willing to come to the fair and actually get some advertising. Locally, our church sponsers an event like that and 4 hospitals are represented as well as the college of osteopathy and the exercise clubs, they give away band aids , cups etc , all with advertising on them.

Usually doctors and hospitals will perform accurate screenings and diagnostic tests at some of the cheapest prices.
